The "Youtube Transcript" extension is currently provided as free software. Therefore, there are no fees to refund.

If we introduce paid premium features in the future, the following policy will apply:

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the extension does not work as described.
Refunds are processed through the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., Chrome Web Store, Stripe).
